Drew Jamieson is a Kinesiologist who completed his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University. He has extensive experience training athletes & non-athletes seeking exceptional performance and development. Drew is available for core stability training, nutrition planning, cardiovascular development as well as resistance training. He is also experienced with the preparation of injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
Physical fitness and sports have always been a part of Drew’s life. A Football scholarship at Simon Fraser University made it clear that sports science, daily exercise and injury prevent/rehab were his main areas of interest.
Drew is also an active member in the community and coaches several nights per week with Langley Minor Football and Langley Minor Hockey. He teaches them the fundamentals of sports, teamwork, and dedication.
